hey guys, I had a question. I been taking forma now for one week now and Ive notice that I look flat now from my chest. Has this happen to anyone else? I cant tell you the last time I looked so flat. Even when I carb up it still looks the same.. Its just weird and killing me. I been applying 5 pumps am and pm. 3 pumps on chest and one on each arm....

You're losing bloat. Maybe lower the dose if you are too flat. Play around with it and see how you respond.

Quite normal with AI's to lose chest fat, lots of IGF is located on the chest so lowering estrogen usually leads to a leaner/smaller chest.

I believe this is the culprit! The product is doing what it is intended to do, BUT, in the process it is reducing that water retention and your 'inflated' status from the estrogen.

As of yesterday I lowered the dosage to 3 pumps am and pm. I'll see how that works

Sometimes when a supplement actually works so well it can cause an unwanted side effect... the user not knowing what's happening, haha! Leave it to NTBM to create something so effective it sheds water weight and reduces estrogen QUICKLY!
