I have had very good results. I'm quite gyno prone and I found myself popping adex like candy. Started running into low E issues and the like. Gave Forma a shot and found that it controlled things better than adex. I highly recommend.

Finally tell me how many pumps would you recommend?

I run 5-7 pumps twice a day. That's what works well for me, your mileage may vary.
