Do I need to taper this down at the end of taking it? I have been taking it for three weeks now and I plan on finishing after 4 weeks. I am taking 5 pumps AM and 5 pumps PM. Just wondering if I would get an estrogen rebound from it, so if I would get an estrogen rebound, I would want to know how to taper off.

i've gone through 4 bottles of the stuff and tapered down the dose for my last 2...it definitely helps with the estrogen rebound so i highly recommend doing so

Alright, well how do I taper down the doses? 8 pumps for 3 days, then 6 for 3 days, then 4 for 3 days, then 2 for three days and then finished? I really don't want an estrogen rebound.
