I'm prone to gyno so I was using it around the chest area...I had my doubts on the effictiveness of the forma also. Underestimated.

Plus it gave me a good reason to fondle my nips... don't hate.

Dropped my dose from 10 pumps x 2 a day, then 5 pumps x 2 a day and now 4 pumps x 2 a day.

Started out feeling pretty lethargic / clicky joints but 4 x 2 seems to be just right.

Start with 6 pumps a day and go up or down based on how you feel.
