So a few wks ago I started a cycle as such...

Wks 1-10 test p 500mg
Wks 1-10 master 200mg
Forma 9 pumps/day

I was feeling tired, lethargic, joints were dry - so...

Dropped the forma to 3 pump/day and it fixed everything...

This being said, forma-stan from mrsupps does work...well.

I didn't believe it at first cuz I thought the product was over hyped and wasn't as effective as the claimed, but I was wrong.

Forma @ mr supps is the real deal and I'm very very pleased I included it in my cycle- master helps with the estro sides but when if I completely dropped mast, which I did for a few days and upped the forma, I had no need for nolva to control estro. Stuff works (as long as you apply it at the right times of the day). Great product and great service.

Needto told me I didn't need to worry about the forma cuz it was g2g. And by golly - that man was right.

I'm prone to gyno so I was using it around the chest area...I had my doubts on the effictiveness of the forma also. Underestimated.

Plus it gave me a good reason to fondle my nips... don't hate.

Start with 6 pumps a day and go up or down based on how you feel.

Run the andro hard first, then forma.

Maybe a bridge..
But for those that dont have prostate effected by AAS, I dont think stacking would be optimal.
