I am no expert, but I have gotta say that some peoples form in the gym on some exercises is a joke
Heres my contribution to some of the classic ones, if anyone has any arguments against these, then go for it, the more the better
Cable Crossovers - this is a classic, why do people always cross the same hand over on every rep?? YOUR SUPPOSED TO ALTERNATE THE HAND THAT CROSSES OVER!!!
Lateral Raises - Going above parallel works your traps not your shoulders, so you dont need to go any higher THAN PARALLEL.
Skullcrushers - I am guilty of this, having your arms extend fully vertical at the top of the movement, all the weight is on your joints and after a while it starts to hurt, alot, have them at 45 degrees and the tris do more work and the joints less.
