Form

I am no expert, but I have gotta say that some peoples form in the gym on some exercises is a joke

Heres my contribution to some of the classic ones, if anyone has any arguments against these, then go for it, the more the better

Cable Crossovers - this is a classic, why do people always cross the same hand over on every rep?? YOUR SUPPOSED TO ALTERNATE THE HAND THAT CROSSES OVER!!!

Lateral Raises - Going above parallel works your traps not your shoulders, so you dont need to go any higher THAN PARALLEL.

Skullcrushers - I am guilty of this, having your arms extend fully vertical at the top of the movement, all the weight is on your joints and after a while it starts to hurt, alot, have them at 45 degrees and the tris do more work and the joints less.

any more???????

I am guilty of bad heavy barbell curls, i tend too generate too much momentum by using the lower back and the front delts, also i flare the arms somewhat outwards in order too shorten the arc.

The way people do their "heavy bent-rows and t-0bar rows" , allmost standing up! Better use less weight

When people curl a weight too heavy and too fast whether it be a bar or db you see them flop around like a dying fish. Makes me laugh :D Oh yeah don't forget they gotta 10 sets each time with forced reps (by then I'm on the floor cause I'm laughing way too hard).:FRlol:

I'll have to make fun of the guys on the squat rack and the sled, they load it up about 16 to 18 plates and do the one inch squat/leg press...

Also the guys who throw a couple 45's on the ez-curl bar and look like they're making sweet love with the bar...

There's also those guys that arch their backs up on bench press. One guy in my gym could park a double decker bus under his. When he goes on inclines he is really doing flat.

Liberator your mailbox is full, so here is my answer to your question: Re:form

I think it's a bad idea to train it twice a week. You've isolated the problem, you were not training your chest at all!!! Now you want to go from no training to twice a week! Bad idea. You need to be patient. Finding what the problem is, is 75% of the battle in BBing.

I've noticed most people use the wrong form
on t-bar rows, either standing too straight, or using their whole body to lift the weight.

How about the guys who drop the bar from about 8 inches away from their chest when doing a bench press.

Or the other one is the fool who does leg extensions way to heavy and drops the weight stack on every rep.
