Forget the treadmill,squating, and deadlifting?

Current cycle I am in week 5 of:
week 1-3 25mg d-bol
week 2-13 500mg sust

I have make great gains already 22lbs and dropped 6% bf(so I should be happy)the problem is I can not even walk on the tread mill,deadlift or squat due to increadible back and calve pumps. I thought this would go away after I stopped the d-bol .I have been off the dbol almost 2 weeks now.

Will milk thistle help when I am just on sust?

Are there any exersises I should do like high rep hyper extensions?

Or should I just do the seated bike and do other exersises that do not give me a pump?

What have some of you vets done who have hade this problem?

Bro milk thistle is not to reduce pumps, its to protect your liver. as far as pumps go, if they are unbarable just do an exercise that doesnt give you the pumps. or try to ignore them. from personal experience, i can squat and deadlift fine when i have lowerback pumps, but when i finish squating or deadlifting and continue with other exercises is when i can barely take them.
 
There are a lot of bros that have this same problem so I'm sure you will get a good response. From what I can remember I think a lot of guys used potassium to help them out but I'm nt 100% sure.

Milk thistle isn't meant to reduce your back pumps but Radar swears by a certain brand that does appear to help and others have claimed the same as him.
I recommend you either search some posts in the past for it or ask Radar.
 
train ur abs real hard i used to have this same thing happen and i strenghtened my abs and no mre of that bullshit !!!!!!!!!!!1
