I rub it on my arms before arm day and it soothes me throughout my workout.

or i will rub it on my legs during leg workouts. i freakin hate rubbing stuff on me but this stuff works

NPP was heaven for my joints while I was on it, now that I'm off I feel the creakyness again...might have to give this stuff a try soon.

I use Forged Joint. I like Forged Joint and I will continue to use Forged Joint. One of the very few joint compounds that does what it says it will. It works for me as I def notice the diff when Im not taking it.

i take 1 am and 1 pm. i've switched to other products and nothing works like forged joint repair. its the only supplement that keeps my joints lubricated.
