Whats up guys, Need some help. What excerise movements can I incorporate in my routine for Forearms. They are much smaller in comparison to the rest of my arms it makes them look small. Any suggestions.

Farmers walks at the end of my Back/Bi day seems to be helping me. That, and I don't use any straps or hooks on Back/Bi day for any of the lifts.

My forearms suck too.:(

Farmers walks will help and I HIGHLY suggest doing thick bar holds.

A thick bar can be made for about $35 and is probably the best tool for forearm and grip strength. Endless things you can do.

I started doing farmers walks after reading you guys posts about them and I am a believer now. I do them on my Traps/Arms day to finish and my grip on other lifts esp squats has improved, but the biggest improvement is my traps...nothing gets my traps like these things, their sore for days.
 
Try to never use straps. I also train biceps and triceps together on the same day, then do 6-8 sets of alternating wrist curls, palm up and palm down. I've been doing this for over a year now and my forearms have gotten noticeably thicker
