What am I doing wrong? Everytime I do preacher curls, the muscles in my forearms feel like they are going to rip off the bone. I use an EZ curl bar to help out on the grip, and I keep my wrists inline with the foreams (No limp wristed curls for me!) The weight is good, since I get a good pump in my biceps. Do I need to wrap my forearms?
