forearm serious problem?

i've been doing work on biceps lately and i find that my forearm right near my bone REALLY hurts when i curl the weight to my chest (at the peak)... it hasn't let up for a while now and i've asked others if they get the pain and they say no... i'm like what the bejesus is going on... anyone who can help thank you

oh by the way when i press down on the region i can feel the pain almost as if it is a bruise or something
 
It sounds like you've strained a ligament. I had the same problem a few months ago. I was a knucklehead about it, and just decided to lighten my bicep workout (w/ minimal pain)...BAD idea...it just delayed the healing. Your best bet is to cut out anything that hurts it for a week or 3. After that, if it still hurts, go see a sports medicine doc.
