Forearm question

I tore some ligaments in my right wrist that caused two of the bones to dislocate now I have a few pins and this makes impossible to bend my wrist. Therefore I cannot do any wrist curls. I also can't do hammer curls with heavy weight because of the pressure it puts on my wrists. I do static holds for 30 seconds starting at 60lbs and go up 110 then back down. Burns like hell but doesn’t seem to be doing anything to build my forearms. My left forearm is noticeably bigger than my right, which is fucked up cause I’m right handed and by right bicep is bigger than my left.
Anyone have any ideas on what else I could I do for them?

Ummm. Let me try and explain it again. The injury was six years ago. I have three pins in my wrist it will never heel. I will never be able to move it.
Now that being said is there any thing else I can do for my forearms that I’m not doing?

Well the only thing I can suggest is dont use wraps for anything. Assuming you are deadlifting, your grip/forearms should be hit quite a bit along with the static holds you are doing. Most back exercises dont require the bending of the wrists (rows, chins, etc.) so assuming you arent using any sort of wrist wraps there, your forearms are getting nailed as well as your back.

I'd agree with that. Since any conventional wrist excercise would do more harm than good, I don't see that you have many options. You might just have to stop working them at all, other than heavy lifts. Hell, a lot of guys never work forearms at all.
