forearm measurements? (!!)

weird stat i know - never really thought about it before but a bro pointed out to me that my forearms are pretty big.

my guns are 17.5 (just over) and i measured my forearms and they are 14... (the bulky part obv..)

anyone else?...

18 inch forearms.....holy shit! I'd like to see a picture of those!
I'm 6 ft. 240 lbs with 19 in upper arms and only 14.5 inch forearms.
I do wrist curls with 185 for sets of 10, but I still can't get my forearms over 14.5...although I do have freaky vascularity in them.
pitbull...how did you pack size on to your forearms?

13" forearms at 5'8" ~190 right at this time.......arms up top lucky to be 3 inches bigger than the forearms (should be an even 16")...kid you not. both are ripped and vascular too, get complimented ED on that. used to get called popeye until i brought my upper arms up a LITTLE bit. still laggin WAY behind my upper arms. shit! lol.

I hate to throw this in... but I regularly admonish people to not forget to work forearms. Most guys don't start hitting forearms for years... until their upper arms have gotten big and their small forearms start to look wierd. Then they have to spend YEARS playing catch up.

:FRlol: my forearms and calves have always been big. i never ever worked them either. just recent i started working forearms for the hell of it. :D now i kill my upper arms every which way, and i know how to train and am pretty old....so its not stupidity on my part they fall behind. they just will not grow size wise, its genetics and poor tris. my quads were big and i never worked them either, a few squats and a few LE each week for the last 6 months or so and the quads are a hard 24" never having worked them previous.

Mine make me sick, my upper arms are a little over 17 and my forearms are only 14 (tears). By the way, I am 6'2. That's not real good for developing massive forearms.

I'd like to know if people who have > 15 inch forearms train them directly. I see people with freaky looking forearms in the gym, but they are never training them. Like calves, the ultimate size could be more dependent on genetics, although I have brought my calves from 13.5 to 18.25 after 11 years of nonstop effort....and gaining over 70 lbs of bodtweight. In the same time period my forearms only grew about 1 inch!

Im 5'4 165. My upper arms are 16.5" and forearms 14" and I hardly ever train forearms. I just have good genetics in that area. I hit legs pretty hard all the time and Ive gotten them to 27" with a 27" waist.

I was a former powerlifter....and I have never used straps....but I would be lying if I didn't say it was mostly genetics.....my dad and my older brother both look like popeye, and they are far removed from the gym......I really don't train them that much, because if I do I can't dead or do pull ups with the same effectiveness......they really look freaky beacause I have small wrists and elbows....but this isn't such a good thing.....I would actually prefer if they were an inch smaller or so....so I looked more proportioned......oh well......peace:D

Forearms

MY Forearms are 16 3/4 bi's 20 1\4 never really trained forearms i figure unless your competing they get enough work from all the other upper body work outs.genetics have always been good for me though never train calves hardly and they been right at 20 sence i was in highscool.

That's impressive arm measurements. I was at the NOC in NYC last night, and I think I saw the biggest forearms on Tom Prince who was not competing. I have witnessed Tom move some heavy weight at Gold's in Venice. He is definitely as strong as he looks. He looks more impressive than any pro I have seen. I'd like to know his forearm measurment Probably close to 18 in

12-12.5 @ the widest with 7 in wrist and 14.5-15 upper arm, hardly any vascularity but got some nice tone, 6'3 203

i think the lacrosse helps a little in the developement, i hardly trained forearms in season and they grew what seems like alot. Imaging whacking off for 3 straight hours alternating arms 6 days a week!!!

biceps 18'' forearms 15''. I always include hammers and sometimes reverse curls. Also I try not to use straps as much as possible on back day.
