does anyones elses bone in there forearm hurt sometimes when the do heavy preacher curls if so do you know why this is. mine hurts for days after do them and sometimes messes with my bench

Hell yes, hurts like a mofo for days after doing curls but I have no idea why.

you may have dislocating ulnar nerves you should get your doc to check it out
