When you sit down is there still fat that sags down on your stomach? I'm at 15% BF and look lean when standing but when I sit down my belly looks like shit.
 
I'm at around 7 % and I still get the lump gut when I sit.I think it's just extra skin for me though,due to the fact I lost alot of weight.
 
Bro you are super fat and need to train way more.

I am huger thatn you but still bigger than you. Plus i have less fat when I sit down. I almostr get skinnier when I sit down. Thats how huge and cut I am.

Do you work your pecs?
There are 2 secsions to your "pec" - teh "upper pec" and the "lower pec". If you do incline bench you work uyor "upper pec" more but if yuo do flat bech then you work your "lowere pec" more.

And then there is the leg adukter machine.
 
Also depends on water consumption and sodium.

I always stay 2 or 3 days of dieting away from being totally ripped.

If I'm not water bloated, there is no lump when sitting down.

And yeah bro even some really skinny guys get a little roll on the bottom of their abs when they sit down. But at 15% you should still be able to get a little more trim.
