Im not saying this will work for everyone but for those who have trouble sleeping due to the CNS stimulation one gets from sustanon, tren winny etc, try the following as its natural and free. I got the idea of resetting circadian rythyms off the net and basically a few days before a cycle wake up early and go outside for 30min-60min. If you have a garden, eat early breakfast outside or go for light cardio. Natural light is very powerful and so this will work even on cloudy days. When I get insomnia, because i feel like crap I make the mistake of doing things that are comfortable in the dark(ie breakfast indoors with the curtain closed watching morning TV ) and so my circadian rythym is not 'reset' until i get some UV on my retina. The body is regulated by these rythyms and so if you reset to start earlier in the day then the theory is that it will shut down earlier(ie get sleepy). Also follow all the other rules like no caffine after lunch(caffine half life 6-8 hours) and no heavy meals before bedtime etc, etc. Personally, sleeping pills dont really work for me because I build up a tolerance very quick and also, even if pills knock me out for 7-8 hours, it doesnt feel like quality sleep because i feel groggy, moody and head aches. With this method i feel well rested.
