My g/f has a 13 year old son whom she is letting spend the weekend at his girlfriends' sisters' place. Her sister is only 19.


Personally, I know what I was like at that age: hence, my reluctance to agreee with my g/f.

Depends on the 19 y/o maturity as well as the 13 y/o. At 13 I wasn't looking to knock the bottom out just yet.

No way. No freakin way. Too much to get into these days. I am, and will continue to be, a very "over-protective" mother. I'm not going to risk my son's safety and wellbeing just to give him some "freedom." He can have all the freedom he wants when he's an adult.

I should say also that her sister lives in the WORST part of the city, with crackheads and hookers a short distance away.

My g/f has never spoken to the sister, nor does she have an address or phone number.

At that age, we were getting the older siblings to purchase pot and alcohol for us.

In that case the answer is easy..hell no!! Unless, of course, she wants him to learn thru her example and her environment. Yikes.
