How did your body handle the short rest time between squats (Mon) and DLs (Wed)? My lower back gets fried from squats and I am afraid it will negatively affect my deadlift workout on Wed.
 
Surprisingly, the program didn't have a negative influence on my lower back at all. You would think the squats and deads 3x a week would rip you apart, but it doesn't.
