i felt really bloated after my carbup day, so added cardio at about 530pm.
i know your meant to rest after depletition w/out but i felt so sluggish.
what do you guys do?
 
I am doing CKD but I am not following MR. X's excercise guidelines. If I did I would have to give up working out with my husband, which I don't want to do. I did 45 min of cardio after my second meal then I think legs that night. I felt great, no bloat. I'm still feeling good and I'm in my 4th day of my second week.

Cyclical Ketogenic Diet, check out the Diet Discussion Board, you will find all kinds of info there. I am always bloated when I carb up, I hate that. :(
 
i ate carbs up to about 400pm, then cardio at 530pm for about 45mins felt heaps better then had eggs an hour+1/2 after that.
anyone else decrease carbs towards end of the day on carbups?
