With all the usual cautions,take it with insulin for maximum uptake .I also take any oral anabolics that I may be using at the same time.So the drill is - workout, go home , jam your insulin ,guzzle your creatine and glucose (some glutamine wouldn't hurt at this point either),have a shower,wash down some orals about 15 minutes after that with a whey protein drink, kick back for 25 mins or so then prepare a protein and carb meal and chow down again.I find this promotes very good uptake of all nutrients.
