Quite the opposite actually, it's an all natural tan. Your cells are loaded up with melanan so any exposure to UV and it's instantly released to the surface of your skin...which acts as a protectant of sorts. how long does 10mg last?

I bought 20mg for my loading phase. then about 10mg every month has been more than enough for me. The larger you are though the more you need obviously. Although there isn't that large of a margin in quantity.
