i became a smoker after about 2 weeks quit when we broke up

only briefly, and that's exactly why it didn't last ....because she smoked.
Kissing her was awful. Her clothes smelled horrible and it was unsexy.

I don't know how smokers can help but to notice when they kiss the other person, that person (non smoker) flinches or does a quick peck and turns away.

Actually I dated a few girls who smoked, but this one stuck out because she smoked A LOT. There's no way I could have lived with it so it was best to end it before we got involved. She knew I didn't like it and even admitted she needed to stop, but that's always easier said than done.
The other females were very light smokers, or at least it appeared they were. They could have been holding back to try and not look bad. Those weren't bad and I could have lived with that I suppose although I prefer a non smoker.

Same way I handled it when she gained a little weight over a holiday - kept my fucking mouth shut. That way when I happened to over-do the drink I'd be extended the same latitude. She knows when she's overweight or that she has a shite habit, no need to mention it everyday, even tactfully, unless it really is becoming a major problem.

I didn't really have a problem with it since she demanded it in the ass on a daily basis.

He smoked Nat Shermans and they NEVER left a taste on his mouth or smell on his clothing. But then again he never smoked inside his home or in his car and seeing how smoking is not allowed anyplace else....
Seriously, get the person to smoke those cigs if they won't give it up altogether. They are hella expensive, but *worth it* if they are going to choose smoking as their poison.
