Did Bush #1's ratings remain high? Nope, because people finally realized that the economy was in the gutter. It is a no-win situation for Bush #2 unless he keeps us in propetual war.

It seems like we may continue with a battle plan, of course against other countries. I would assume that if the "occupation" goes smoothly and we are fed countless stories about how happy the Iraqi people are, Bush would have a good chance of winning a re-election.
