Over the last two years i made a small change in my diet,
I added Jello 1-2 servings every day. This has made a significant difference in my joints.
The fun part is not only does it kill that craving for sweets but you can get creative by adding a mixed fruit or other types of fruit to the mix.

Just want to pass this bit of info for the 50 and older guys!

Radar,

Not 50, but are you adding Glucosamine or MSM to your mixture of Jello?

No.

Gellatin is a supplement that is required to soften and help the soft carteridge bet the bone.

Knox gellatin, jello..etc.

Excellent supplement .... one of the first recommended by the Champs in the Reeves era ... In his book "Developing the Classical Physique".

Sorry guys but for us non USA bros, what's jello? Is it what we call jelly, the dessert? I can't imagine that as jelly is full of sugar...
Help an old man out here... :coffee:

"JELLO" is the brand name for a flavored, gelatin desert. It comes ready made or in a box for home brew.

One of the biggest brand names of pure gelatin in a box is Knox.

There is a lot of sugar in Jello, true. There is also a No Sugar Jello, made with sugar substitutes.

In the old days (ha ha) you'd open the envelope of Knox gelatin and pour it in your mouth. Then you'd wash it down with a glass of warm water FAST before it grew in your mouth and came pouring out.

(We also took Brewers Yeast .... yuk! There were only 2 or 3 brands of protein drink .... Oh and that dam liquid protein in a bottle made from cattle castings. Wow.)

Knox gelatin became famous for helping strenghten finger nails. Within 2 weeks, you were supposed to see results.

These "deserts" were also good for soothing stomachs and ulcers. They also kill cravings when you are dieting. A cup of No Sugar Jello simply begins to fill you up.

Personally, I think it is a fine incomplete protein that really helps.
