for the hrt guys(question)

ive noticed more mens heath clinics advocate putting there clients on there current protocal of hrt meds as such.... test cyp or test e,hcg and arimidex.5mg(daily)ok so for me i can understand the test cyp or test e and possibly the hcg,but the arimidex? is that really needed at such low doesage of test which should be between 100mg-200mg per week .

for some it is as far as the ai's go but the hcg just keeps the boys looking full!and a liitle natty test boost also

1. I would not be influenced by what men's health clinincs say. They are in business to make $$$. HRT is a wonderful thing, but only if you REALLY need it. "Ignore that man behind the curtain."

2. If your blood work shows you have low test, and you go on HRT, then it is good insurance to take an AI like Arimidex or Aromasin. Helps with bloat. Any remote chances of Gyno. I personally take a very low dose of aromasin, 10mg/week. I prefer Proviron.

5 mgs is way too much. It's not the first time I've heard of those clinics over-prescribing.

I'm on HRT and take 1/4 mg of dex twice a week along with UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE and my e is always around 10 -- which is perfect.
