I am a bit confused on how many of these I can take in one day. I know 1 of these pills equals 20 normal tabs. I started out taking a 1/4 tab a day then I went to a 1/2 now my tolerance is up and I was wondering what is the maximum amount of tabs I can take in one day if I spread them out throughout the day? If I get up to 2 or 3 tabs a day is that really equal to 40 or 60 regular tabs? That sounds like alot of clen. I guess what I want to know is if I can get up to 2 or 3 a day and the sides don't get too bad is this safe. what is the largest quanity of these .4 tabs you have taken in a day?
