??? For quad or needsize!!!

Hey fellas I am doing my first show at the end of May2004. I am still bulking and plan to till January 1st. My weight is at 265 and slowly climbing... My question is when I start my diet when would be a good time to add in t3??? My BF is prob around 18% right now so I was going to give myself 2 months or so with just test and eca and see how I respond to that. Or should I do small t3 cycles starting from day 1 of dieting???

You're probably gonna get different advice depending on who you talk to. You'd probably be the safest not to take T3 longer than six weeks, although personally I have ran it longer and know plenty of others who recommend a 12 wk duration going light to heavy gradually and tapering back down when finished. Just be careful with the stuff because you might not know that it's kicking in, but when you come off it will let you know big time. I would probably go with your ECA or Clen option off-and-on, but not even that right away. Wait till you've leaned down somewhat so you can utilize it the most when absolutely needed. You'll drop bodyfat the easiest at the beginning than after you reach a certain point it slows and thats where tricks of the trade come in handy. Look into a Test Prop in addition to either some Fina, Primo, or Winstrol. You might also like to add some Proviron, Nolva, or Arimidex to help control any estrogen and shed bodyfat quicker. Most important is the diet. Make sure you keep that in line at all times! Good luck bro.
 
Assuming you are going with a typical 16 week diet, I doubt you would really need t3 at all for the first half of it. the fat will come of easy for the first while, so save the t3 for when you need it. I was on it for quite a while, with all the tapering up then back down, it was over 12 weeks, but because of the tapering I didnt get any negative rebounds afterwards.
I would say start around 6-8 weeks out, tapering from 25mcg up to maybe 100 per day, then after the show start tapering it back down again
 
You should save the t3 till the end to get down below where you could otherwise get without it. Just as needsize said. Most importantly, if your at 18% now, you have a lot of fat to lose just to get to the starting point of your contest diet. In order to be ripped on show date, at 12wks out you need to be 10% at most, and preferrably around 8%.

true, I was at just under 13% when I started the diet at 16 weeks out

This is a good answer but 100mcg seems like alot to me. I never go over 50mcg. I started it at 3.8% and I felt like shit. i was only on it for like 10 days too. Needsize is right though, Do not pull a trick out of your hat untill you need it, this goes for clen as well. Diet hard and see what you can do on your own then start with the tricks.

thats weird, I never noticed any sides from the t3, but I never thought it was that great for fat loss anyway

As of date I have been on test for 5 month and I cycle dbol or a50 every other 4 weeks. This is how I have been able to gain and keep my 268# as of today the 24th...

My cycle plans are to start my dieting 20 weeks out on just 200mg test eow for 1 month(4 weeks).

12-4 Test@600mg,tren@100mg,ldex,clen&eca(2 on 2 off)
In these weeks I will decide if t3 is needed.
3-1 Test Susp@400mg,winny@50mg ed,ldex
Week 1 I am going to try and be off everything.

This is what I am planning on doing for my precontest cycle. Let me know If I am on the right track!

Thoughts:

1- If you've been on for 5months and you are staying on through the show, I would not go as low as 200mg EOW for the first month. You'll be shut down and your levels will drop too low. I'd stay at 200mg EW at a minimum.

2- I'd run the tren right down to week 1

3- I'd start the winny at week 8

4- I'd go off the test (assuming long-acting, not prop) 6wks out and start the suspension then (too make sure long acting is completely out by the show).

5- I'd start dieting now to get from 18% down atleast to 15% by the 20wk mark.

Wouldn't you not want to be peaking your T3 during the contest? I'd think you'd want to be on the taper or off at the time of the show due to T3 flattening you out. Although I haven't competed so some clarification would be cool. I just know I felt flat on T3.

I did start tapering it down the week before the show, but wouldnt suggest it as it might result in a rebound, although thats not too likely with a contest diet
