How about a pint of skim milk, it has 48g Carbs, 32g protein and 360 calories, maybe I'll add some chocolate syrup too:drink2:
 
You should really take a simple carb like dextrose after your workout. I take mine with creatine. Lactose which is the carb in milk isnt broken done as quick, which means it does raise your insulin levels as much which is the goal of a post workout carb drink. Also you should take your protein shake as soon as possible too. It really makes no sense to wait.
