I have closed on my house, gotten money from an inheritance + an insurance policy, I just got a call for a job that pays almost 10 grand more than my last position, I have a over abundance of men, The surgery on my stomach has gone fantastic, I found and was approved for a wonderful luxury apt, and I am working out with a new trainer............For once in my life things seem to be going my way and to whom ever is responsible I would like to give a big kiss and a resounding THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

yes, I am staying in Austin. All my life I have really had nothing but bad luck and in reality have grown quite used to it. Never even expect anything better. All of a sudden it's like somebody said *Mafia voice*"Ya know this girl shes paid her dues lets do something nice for her for a while". I really hope it holds out and it is not just a fascade. I wouldn't even know what to do if life started treating me well.

its always great to hear others doing well; thanks for sharing your happiness. Bad shit always happends to me, and right now things are not going very well for me; im sure things will pick up though, it always does.

My bad luck would fill a book and then no one would actually believe it cause they wouldn't think all of that could happen to one person.

Since I'm late on this thread . . . this will sound repetative but . . . It is good to hear you're running into all this good fortune. After all that you have been through, no one deserves it more. I have to admit, reading some of the things you went through in the past made me cringe. Hope the good streal last a long time for you and keep staying strong Star.
 
God, I just hate tooting my own horn but isn't today just absolutely fucking fantastic! I used to have to be on antidepressants but it seems that ever since I left the DFW area and the problems I had holding me down there I have been a completely new person. I haven't had to take any meds for 2 months now and I am ecstatic. I can't believe that I let my self get sucked into such a unhappy situation back there. To me it is so inconcievable now. It's like all the good I have done for the world is finally coming back to me now that I finally let go of all the negative people in my life. Any who........Happy Day!
