what do you guys think of this training routine?(I'm going to focus on building up my legs in this routine) I'm going to make sure I eat enough calories, etc... But let me know if working out my legs this way is too much...is it?

1. Lat Pulldown
2. Seated Rows
3. Barbell Curls

LEGS
1. Rom. DL 5 x 5
2. Overhead squats 2 x 8-10
3. Leg Kickback 2 x 8-10
Wednesday P.M.
SHOULDERS, TRIS, CHEST
1. Bench press
2. Shoulder press
3. Skull crusher
4. Tri kickback
Friday A.M.
BACK, BI'S
1. One-arm dumbell row
2. Bent-over rows(with low cable pulley)
3. Incline curls
