For how long can you stand in plank?

Hello lady members of this wonderful forum! I thought it would be cool to see how much of the plank can we all do here, just to get an idea of how we compare to each other, and have motivation to improve. For example, I do 1 min 50 sec plank on elbows, and 1 min 30 sec plank on straight hands. What about you?
 
I can plank for about 8 minutes but I am a male so it's not really a fair comparison.

Your plank times are very impressive. Once you are able to plank for 2 minutes on your elbows, add a 25 pound plate to your lower back to make the plank weighted and more difficult.

Side planks are another great exercise to train the entire core and put extra focus on the obliques.
 
If the regular plank becomes too easy, you can always ask someone to push you down or to put a plate on your back
 
Wow, @muskate - let me tell you that 8 minutes is quite a long time even for a male, so your figure is pretty impressive. Anything close to 2 minutes is a great results for a lady. Once you reach 3 minutes and feel like the planks are becoming an easy thing to do, add some weight to make them harder, and then try to reach these same 3 minutes with some weight added on your back. you will see that your time will increase after doing the planks with some added weight.
