Hey, i have a friend who is taking 400mg of Boldione and 300mg of 1-AD. These are some kick ass ph's (just tryin to kiss ass). He was wondering if he should take them at the same time or seperate times during the day. Also, she he take the boldione with food? Thanks!

All prohormones should be taken with food and food that contains fat. One study showed that the bioavailablity of progesterone (another steroid) was increased 2 fold when it was consumed with food versus an empty stomach.

I also think you should take both together but it might not matter that much.

Most important thing is take with food

Pat is probably correct in a technical sense. Although with Boldione I honestly haven't seen much of a difference either way.

To be safe you might as well take it with meals if you can.. Don't go nuts eating fats for this purpose though. It won't make enough of a difference to justify getting fat over it
