Okay, Any of you BB Mom's have any suggestions for those times when you can't get to the gym? Working on bulking right now and my little boy is cutting molars and has had a low grade fever x 3 days...so no gym time for momma.
BTW... I'm looking for something other than aerobics videos please. Thank Gals
You got any dumbbells around??? You can do some basic exercises.....squats, lunges, deadlifts, bicep curls yada yada yada....wont be like going to your gym...but sometimes you got to do best ya can. A few days off wont kill you. Keep your diet clean and just get back in as soon as you can. Dont let it fustrate you or set ya back....I got a lil one too so i know it can be difficult
