5-6 meals per day, 1g/protein/lb of bodyweight, 3.5g/carbs/lb of bodyweight (at least, some times more), his protein sources are a mix of vegies, chicken, tuna (fucker drinks tuna-shakes), met-rx (GNC is running a special on old stock, met-rx lite boxs for something like $7 per box). for carbs he eats lots of rice (oriental fuck), some whole wheat bread
What does his water retention look like even though he is on that much femara?
Has this guy been lifting a while?
I think that the huge jump in weight could be attributed to the fact that he is actually eating now.
So many people starve them selves when lifting; yet think they are getting enough.

water retention is NONEXISTENT, he looks much leaner, he lost some baby-fat from his face
he has been lisfting since 1993.......wow thats 10 years
his eating habits deffinetly improved, but its not that big of a factor, the kid has GREAT genetics, his was the best at ALL the sports that we did in high school, almost made ALL-AMERICAN in swimming but got kicked off the team for missing too many practice sessions
DNIndustry, his gains are not even the point of this thread, my entire point is that you dont need much gear when you are just starting, there was a thread on here a couple of days ago with a kid running 1.5grams/week on his first cycle, woundering why he stoped gaining after putting on 25lbs
I was going to say something but re read the replies and found it to be his first cycle....
My only comment from experience is that I never really grew untill I added test.
My first cycle was 4 weeks of dball gained 8 lbs
2nd cycle was deca 200mgs a week gained 8 lbs in 6 weeks
My third cycle was 200 mgs of TE and gained 15 lbs in 4 weeks
It should be noted that this was way before the net, o'er 9 years ago, and the only information I had was from Fred Hatfields book and Muscle and fitness and word of mouth in the gym 6 week cycles were the norm...don't ask me why....and I never heard of clomid or nolvadex..luckilly at 22 I recovered quickly.
But know ing what I know now I could have easily put on 30-40 lbs that first year...I did not eat nearly enuff because I was in college and basically back then you could only afford gnc mlk n egg protein...Met-RX was like $65 for a months' supply.
