I'm 5'10" 170 7%body fat. 18years old. I've been lifting for 5years. I'm just trying to get the upper hand against completion. I cut to 170lbs for wrestling. I was 180, at 180 I could bench 285, squat 455, power clean 265, deadlift 420, ran a 4.6 forty yard dash, 32" vertical jump, 9'.5" broad jump. I'm currently on jacked and hyper gain by a.s. research.
