Im want to get bigger, faster, and stronger for football. I'd like to be at 195. What should I take and my cycle be?

Age, height, weight, previous training experience, previous experience with supplementation, bodyfat percentage, injury history, etc.....

Anything you can think of
 
what about collegiate drug testing, how you gonna get around that?

I was going to say earlier that unless you were a pro football player you werent going to get help around here, but I decided against it :whatever:
 
I'm 5'10" 170 7%body fat. 18years old. I've been lifting for 5years. I'm just trying to get the upper hand against completion. I cut to 170lbs for wrestling. I was 180, at 180 I could bench 285, squat 455, power clean 265, deadlift 420, ran a 4.6 forty yard dash, 32" vertical jump, 9'.5" broad jump. I'm currently on jacked and hyper gain by a.s. research.
 
You dont want to be taking aas at 18 you will ruin your body, i wont give any advice to people of your age

keep squatting heavy and eat more.

if you can stomach it look into the GOMAD diet.. it means Gallon Of Milk A Day. mix in some quality protein powder along w/ a good but big diet and you can put on a bunch of weight at your age.
 
and I want to be Tom Brady and be playing in the super bowl. roids are not magic genies that will turn you into the next NFL superstar...

and please read our rules, no advice to anyone under 21. go to our diet and lifting sections. if you really want to get stronger and bigger then lift and eat good. if you want to get faster then hit the track. its as simple as that.

you ALREADY have a ton of hormones at 18 so no reason to mess with steroids.. bottom line is roids are not for you!
