just curious if anyone knows how much protein is in
100 grams of boneless skinless chicken
100 grams of lean steak

My diet is pretty strict, everything is done by grams, so I'm trying to figure out my total protein intake

Chicken breast, meat only- 23g protein, 1g fat and 110 calories.

Eye of round- 23g protein, 3g fat and 124 calories.

nice, thanks, I'm getting 250-300 grams of steak, and 200-250grams of chicken with those meals, so my protein is a little higher than I thought
