guys,

I work off shore on rigs, we have a good gym here, but i have one thing against me kind off, well i work night shift and my food chain its not the bes t one, my first meal consit of of food you normally have for dinner, after 3 hours i dont find food so i take a protien shake or protien bar, , then my meal after is norrmal i take meat, ficsh chicken what ever i find , then 3 hurs later i take a shake or a bar, i do take like almonds ect in beeween, then when i finish work i go to eat and here its breakfast time, so i gof fo white eags i take 7 -9 depands some bacon and a tost with peanote buter, .. well its not the best diet in the world, and maybe most of you will tell meits not good,, but you have any idea of wha ti cn have more to help gain muecel or when i come to lean. thanks in advance
