looking great. hell better than great
how much effort do you put into maintaining it? a little more than usual or did you have to really change your habits to keep it up?
I'm a natural mesomorph. I have not trained in 5 weeks. Just very light cardio(walking), and I guess a very clean diet and just moving around.
Dropped about 3% BF(10.5% - 7.5%) using my version of the Nutrient partitioning stack:
1. R-ALA(Glucorrel-R): 2000mg/day
2. Green Tea(50% ECGC): 4000mg/day(Capped)
3. Acetyl-L-Carnitine: 10g/day(Capped)
4. Biotin at 15mg/day
5. NYC Stack(Had 2 bottles left over in Spain)
6. Yohimburn ES(5X/week)
7. Liporexin: 12 caps/day
During those 5 weeks I was only running 400mg test/week + 20mg Novaldex/day + Proviron(25mcg/day).
Now, its time to get back into working out......but I'm going for the more aesthetic look..tired of getting stared at, and asked what I do to get so lean(its tedious as hell...specially when 60% of the campus is fat going on obese)But in any case i shall be doing track: the 4 by 400m relay, so I need to be slightly leaner. My shoulders will definately get bigger, same goes for arms and to a smaller degree chest. Less time in sports should let me concentrate harder in grad school..I have a lot of work to do this term, and sports come second for me.
