wanted to ask u a couple questions, figured it would be easier in a thread than 20 PMs...

1. Mass cycle diet for an endomorph......, how many grams of fats/protein/carbs per lb of bweight?
cycle would be 10 weeks at a gram of enanthate, 600mgs deca, and 5 weeks of dbol and maybe last 5 weeks abombs, depending on ur thoughts...would u end dbol after week 5 and do the last 5 weeks with anadrol, or would u can the oral all together and finish the cycle with test/deca, also, after that 10 weeker i plan to go right into a 12 week moderate dose cutting cycle...nothing toooo crazy with anabolic doses, but concentration on cardio and diet.....

2. what kind of training schedule do you like off season and in season....curious.....

3. what are you body type wise? endo, ecto, meso....

1. Endomorphs put on both muscle and fat easily.

The trick for them is to limit carbs, and therefore insulogenic surges that will make them fat.
Their diet revolves around fat and protein. Specially good fats.

An excellent diet for them is an isocaloric one(33/33/33)
or zone(30/30/40).

Kcals for mass are normally set at 16-18X Kcals per lb
For cutting its 10-12X.

For endo's the only 2 meals that should contain carbs should be breakfast and post-workout.

Drop the a-bombs btw.

Run the Dball for the first 5 weeks.
Run the Test and Deca for the 10 weeks.

For cutting...low dose Tren and Anavar or winny.

Tren is VERY good for endo's. Melts the fat right off.

2. Following instinctual trianing these days w/ an emphasis
on rest.

Train 2 maybe 3X/week. Very Heavy though.

A frind suggested I try this. I like it so far. much less tired
than before when i trained 5X/week.

Not doing any cardio...I don't like it. Just play sports. Pick-up ball
is good. I live in the city, so there isn't exactly any soccer fields about. :) (Which would be good)

3. Mesomorph with a hint of endo. Don't have much trouble
packing muscle. I can manipulate my weight fairly easily.
Do have to somewhat watch what I eat.

thanks alot bro....i believe that i am similiar to you....i am def meso....i never have a 6 pack in the OFF season, but with my shirt on, i could lie and say i had one and it looks believable...

what kind of diet do you follow off season wise...i.e. 33/33/33, etc...

Off-season?

Whatever. As long as Kcals are between 3000 and 4000 and
protein is 500g.

I pack the ALA during this time which permits me to eat more carbs.

I also play sports, so I increase carb intake.

Usually is about 40% P 50%C 10% Fat

how do you personally eat 500 grams of protein in 1 day...even if u take in 100 grams after u work out, that leaves 400 grams, and the body can only digest soo much at one time...

90% protein Powder from Nutrisport.

A blend of pea(Yes...pea...LOL) and whey.

Tastes great.

I usually consume 2-3 100g shakes/day. Thast 270hg Protein.

The rest comes from solid foods.

how many grams can your body absorb at one sitting...i.e. for a 250 pound man...

and what sources of carbs do you like/prefer...i hear alot if not all pros dont eat pasta, u know the reason for that?

What about non-training days? Just take in carbs for the first two meals only, like on training days?
 
Fonz,

Can you check out my journal on the training board and see if I'm taking in enough of the right food. I am trying to cut down. I am 193 and 17% I would like to get down to 12% and around 170-180 if not a little lower on both the BF and weight within a reasonable amount of time. What would you say would be a decent amount of time frame for a person using just Supplements, not whinny or clen

Yes. That would definately work.

Limiting carbs to AM only on non training days would
achieved reduced insulin levels at night. Result = more GH
release.

OK.

Only usning supps?

Limit is 1%/week BF.

Anything more and muscle loss will occurr.

Cool, I'll do that.

For the remaining meals I'll be eating chicken and almonds, and also two meals of top round steak (8oz). Do you see any problems with the 16oz red meat daily while cutting? This top round looks very lean. Also taking lots of fish oil---6g Omega-3 fatty acids daily.

Stake is great.

I average 3lbs of red meat a day.

Gives you great amounts of energy.
