Hi Fonz,
My name is Mike Roger on this board for some reason i was banned and my other account which was created afterwords is Joeyjonnie33 was also booted. All the time i'd try to discuss the information and bio chemstry of DNP and everytime id do it id be flamed, bashed, insulted, called a maniac,newbie, a kid, a suicidal nut case, a fed, a dumbass, a lazy bum etc..
(people like sofageorge,mischief all trashing me. I understand your concern, i know dnp is dangerous i have taken all precaution, now please some preaching and insulting me, and help me get a discussion about the bio chemstry of dnp instead of attacking me on every post.)
And then id be banned. Now i really do not know why people hate me so much, i haven't done anything to anyone i just come here to discuss some stuff aboutt his fat loss agent WITH EXPERIENCED PEOPLE and then they all tell me to get lost and go find the info on the web. I repeat i wanted to discuss this with people who actually did DNP. I read hundreds of articles about DNP and all of it but thats still not enough for me i want to discuss it with someone who has done it and does it regularly.

Has anyone here done the DNP inferno? How were the results if you did, please share your diet/experience.
Also, I read this article by Fonz from elite he said that eating a High carb moderate protein low fat will give you best results on DNP , because Carbs are all wasted into Heat thus they arent counted in the total caloric intake/expenditure.
Also does DNP first burn glycogen then body fat , i been getting mixted messages about that as well. Andy said that him and the good ol DNpguru were positive that DNP will burn your body fat regardless of the content of your glycogen, it may burn glycogen but very little , so basically carb depletion is a waste of time? And keeping a liver full will keep T4-t3 going for a longer DNP cycle?
any pros can shed some light on this, id like to get a discussion going , i tried looking for some other reputable information on this board about these 2 things but couldnt get accurate info on glycogen depletion or what the body burns first during a dnp cycle.
also assuming that all carbs are wasted into heat, how can the brain and other body tissue live if all carbs are always lost?
Also another thing, is it smart to eat around 1400-1500 calories on DNP to get maximal fat burning results ,(mainly high carb(fructose, mod protein and low fat). Andy spoke about it , i just wanted to get other opinions.
anyone care to share their DNP experiences in this thread .
