FONZ please read very important stuff.

Hi Fonz,

My name is Mike Roger on this board for some reason i was banned and my other account which was created afterwords is Joeyjonnie33 was also booted. All the time i'd try to discuss the information and bio chemstry of DNP and everytime id do it id be flamed, bashed, insulted, called a maniac,newbie, a kid, a suicidal nut case, a fed, a dumbass, a lazy bum etc..

(people like sofageorge,mischief all trashing me. I understand your concern, i know dnp is dangerous i have taken all precaution, now please some preaching and insulting me, and help me get a discussion about the bio chemstry of dnp instead of attacking me on every post.)

And then id be banned. Now i really do not know why people hate me so much, i haven't done anything to anyone i just come here to discuss some stuff aboutt his fat loss agent WITH EXPERIENCED PEOPLE and then they all tell me to get lost and go find the info on the web. I repeat i wanted to discuss this with people who actually did DNP. I read hundreds of articles about DNP and all of it but thats still not enough for me i want to discuss it with someone who has done it and does it regularly.

Has anyone here done the DNP inferno? How were the results if you did, please share your diet/experience.

Also, I read this article by Fonz from elite he said that eating a High carb moderate protein low fat will give you best results on DNP , because Carbs are all wasted into Heat thus they arent counted in the total caloric intake/expenditure.

Also does DNP first burn glycogen then body fat , i been getting mixted messages about that as well. Andy said that him and the good ol DNpguru were positive that DNP will burn your body fat regardless of the content of your glycogen, it may burn glycogen but very little , so basically carb depletion is a waste of time? And keeping a liver full will keep T4-t3 going for a longer DNP cycle?

any pros can shed some light on this, id like to get a discussion going , i tried looking for some other reputable information on this board about these 2 things but couldnt get accurate info on glycogen depletion or what the body burns first during a dnp cycle.

also assuming that all carbs are wasted into heat, how can the brain and other body tissue live if all carbs are always lost?

Also another thing, is it smart to eat around 1400-1500 calories on DNP to get maximal fat burning results ,(mainly high carb(fructose, mod protein and low fat). Andy spoke about it , i just wanted to get other opinions.

anyone care to share their DNP experiences in this thread .

Bro, you seem smart and willing to learn, why don't you try to put your intelligence into a really slammin diet and see what you can accomplish..

Try crumcakes diet.. it's hardcore, but will shed more fat than DNP for someone who hasn't dieted in a long time.. go look it up..It's by "The One Crumcake"

You need to post your experience......with AAS or any other
performance enhancing drugs.

Clen/T3/ECA/Yoh etc.. etc. should have all been tried
before resorting to DNP.

for various reasons the open discussion of DNP is being curtailed.. it would be advisable to keep reccomendations and questions.. theoretical at this time..

btw- the fact that DNP proponents have attacked you may indicate that their reasons are aimed at the aspect of your motivation or approach as opposed to your supplement choice..

the fact that you are extremeley depressed and are looking to use DNP to cure that depression might be just one of those reasons..

btw- it has also been suggested that you are in fact ficticious.. with nefarious intentions..
 
No offense intended Mike, but for god sake your only 21 years old, you weigh only 195 at 6'2" and yet you carry 24% bodyfat. Have you even tried working out. In my opinion to many guys such as yourself resort to DNP because they are to lazy to work out hard and follow a proper diet. DNP my friend is bad news, and in the wrong hands can be lethal.

Well, if he's the right hand...

24%bf??? First off, THEORETICALLY SPEAKING, DNP is great... but it isn't a WONDER drug. it won't drop your BF from 24% - 10% in a matter of weeks.

I've found that you can lose up to 1lb of fat (THEORETICALLY) with a high dosage -- this is unadvisable however... as the side-effects could be drastic, if not lethal.. even in the "right" hands.

Now, if used reasonably, DNP (again, in THEORY) is really only good for lowering those extra few percentiles of fat... say 1-3% off your BF. At 24%, running and hard cardio would yield MUCH better results and much safer.

In fact, hard cardio (start at 30min a day, with heart rate at 80% max) and working to 60min ... is probably the MOST effective fat burner out there... Far better than any drug you can put into your body.

We talk alot about AS here... and DNP may be included in the conversation... but one thing that most of us do is TRAIN OUR FUCKING ASSES OFF... Intensity is leaving your guts on the floor of a gym after EVERY workout... that's how we get to where we are... not just by popping darts in our asses.

As far as I'm concerned, shut the fuck up and train.

No, this is the kid who didn't feel like training. A lack of self control and / or discipline + DNP = potential disaster. You're going to find that most people don't want to be a part of that, you need to understand that. Based on things you've said in the past, it has been made clear that not all is well in "BenRogers22" land. You're now saying that, "just please believe me, I'm very smart, level headed and precautious", that's just not going to cut it.

And look, Sofa and I are not "flaming you", but from reading posts, you'll see that both of us have used DNP rather extensively and know the experience well. And you're right, neither one of us "really" knows you, but a great deal can be inferred from your questions and posts (as well as the way you conduct yourself). As much as you don't want us to, most people are going to go ahead and look out for your own good, if you are so willing to show such a reckless disregard for your own well-being.

I'll put in one last request to please just nix the DNP. Shit, if you want, and if you're willing to train, I'll set up a diet for you that will get you into shape quick, using much less drastic, and much safer measures (I've done it for several people). PM if you want, or blow me off, your choice. But don't get upset that SO many people are unwilling to help you with DNP, that should tell you something.

Look man, the reaons why I ask if you work out and for how long is because when using ANY drug, you have to fully know your body. By that I mean you have to be able to realize and understand certain reactions that may cause negative consequences.

You dont know how to diet, you dont know how to train, you dont know your body. DNP is not for you.

Of course, about 67 people told you this when you posted last time. Why bother coming here and asking for advice if you are not going to take it?
 
You are an idiot. I would bet that your daily nutritional intake is terrible. If you can't get any leaner than 24% bf, you don't need to even consider drugs. YOU ARE THE REASON the fatass government is cracking down on AAS and related supplements. IT IS PEOPLE LIKE YOU that give this a bad name.

STOP FUCKING EATING fast food, get on a good, consistent nutritional schedule and DO SOME FUCKING CARDIO.

Yes i work out alot in the past resistance training and cardio.i gained alot fo weight cuz of work/school.

now i wanna get back in hape for a party in like 3 weeks. i aint gonna waste time , no cardio in the world or starvation diet will cut me fast enough in 3 weeks. dnp is my shortcut answer for 3 weeks, once im lean again , ill get off dnp and start bulking up building muscle and do things right.

dont get me wrong, i am a body builder but now i just dont got 99999 months to go on a cutting cycle.

Taking DNP for a party!? Bro don't risk yourself for something so ridiculous. I would listen to some of the above posts that offer help on a diet/training program. Good luck.
