Fonz: How do I take these supps?

I just ordered some niacin powder from BAC (the flush kind) and a friend told me that I had to take it on an empty stomach and that I shouldn't use niacin within hours of any medications or other supps because it would have a dilatory effect on them.

It sounded like a bunch of nonsense to me, but then I got to thinking that I really don't know if there is a proper way to take any of the supps I'm using. I know to take policosanol before bed and ala before meals, but what about niacin, green tea extract, NAC and vitamins?

Is there a best time to use these supps?

Thanks muchly.

Niacin powder(B-class of vitamins) makes you flush big time. You should have gone for the hexanicotinate form of niacin...a.k.a the non-flush niacin.

Nician should be taken with food as its a defiante irritant to the stomach(Well, in y case anyways) 1g 3X/day with meals.

Green Tea Extract...depens on the caffeine content, if you got it from Instycnt ot anotheg ood source, the caffeine content <1% and its 40-50% EGCG. I take 2X/day 1000mg upon arising and 1000mg at 4PM.

NAC: N-Acetyl-Cysteine is a liver protector. No reason to use unless you have elevated liver enzymes due to orally based 17-aa AAS.

Vitamins? In the morning and at around 6-7 PM.

Oh, and milk thistle, too. Thanks.

Milk thistle again has no benefits apart from protecting the liver somewhat. I'd take it upon arising, or right before i took my daily dosage of 17-aa AAS,

Man bro, the flushing will kill you. (Well me anyway)

I took one tab of flushing niacin, and I felt like I was dying. I was very close to having to go to a hospital. It made me miss the day at work too. Not worth it at all for me.

Thanks very much, bro. Really appreciate your expertise, as always.

The reason I ordered the flush kind of niacin is because I've read in several places that non-flush niacin is hepatoxic. Is this wrong.

It totally agree about NAC and milk thistle. The only reason I ordered them is because I'm planning on a long-tirerm var and gh only cycle (if I can score some powder. already got the gh) Feeling too old these days for the harsher stuff.

Thanks again. You da man.
