Fonz, GLA/CLA/ALCAR/GT dosing

I know Fonz recommends these supplements and thats why I specified his name in the title. But anyone, feel free to answer. this includes Gamma Linolic Acid, Conjugated Linolic Acid, N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine, and Green Tea Extract. (Also Biotin and R-ala, but I think this board has beat those dosing to death)

What is the best time to take these? With food or without? How many doses and how much in each dose?

i take

GLA 5g 3 hours after last meal of the day, b4 sleeping

CLA i usually take 9-10g a day split into 3 meals (with meals)

ALCAR 3 grams a day (in between meals twice a day)

GT - i used to drink like an equivalent of 6 cups of GT a day but i stopped coz i started using thermorexin (cudnt sleep if i took them both)
 
9-10 grams of CLA is expensive no? i was thinking of using it, but its so espensive. unless BAC or someone has a bulk deal on it or something.

im liking GLA better but i'd probably cycle them both ... CLA has worked for a lot of my friends, just try it out for a month to see if it work for you
