I have done hard weight training three times a week with a trainer for the past four years (sporadically before that time) and for the past year also have been occasionally replacing the weight training with boxing and martial arts with a private coach for that as well. I am 50-years old, 6'1" and currently about 195 lbs. at an approximately 15% body-fat composition. I have always been a very disciplined eater (eating clean all the time and staying away from sweets, all alcohol but an occasional glass of wine) and eat a lot of protein (egg whites and chicken) and a reasonable amount of good complex carbs like oatmeal every day (spiked with protein powder), brown rice and veggies. Despite being almost 200 lbs., I still look lean with clothes on and have developed muscularity that is very noticeable but proportionate. Most people are shocked that I am 50-years old. I've always worked out extremely hard with difficult gains (as you might imagine for a 50-year old). I decided to start on gear in the first week of March this year, when I was about 188 lbs. at a slightly lower body fat percentage and wanted to put on some muscle (to get me up to 200 or 205) and maintain it over time with a program to cut the body fat closer to 8-10%, if possible. I am now on my 8th week of one weekly injection of 1cc 400 Test and 2 cc 200 Deca (spread out over a four-day period). Both have definitely worked, with no side-effects whatsoever. I would be interested in any advice on the following: 1) How long would you suggest I stay on this first cycle (I was planning to do 10, 11 or 12 weeks)? 2) What would you suggest for the next cycle -- again, with the objective of maintaining the muscle gains but beginning to achieve a more cut look. I've considered Winnie with some form of Estrogen blocker or the latter with a five-day hit of HGH. Any suggestions either reinforcing those or something new would be appreciated. Thanks.
