F'N Joint Pain

I've got two weeks left on my cycle(test only) and my elbows are killing me. I've decided to take a solid week off of the gym in hopes of giving my body a much needed rest. I also stopped taking the armidex and bought some glucosamene hopping to speed my joint relief up. For those of you that use a neosporene wrap: I obviously where it when I lift, but I was thinking about wearing it just about all the time for this week(except when I sleep) what would be the pro's or con's by doing this??

P.S. Cycle was just 500mg ICN Enanthate for 12 weeks and so far after 10 I've gained a SOLID 20lbs. Very Very happy with the results, just don't want to fuck it up now!!
 
Try MSM. Start off at about 6 grams a day then work your way up to a dose where the pain subsides (for me that is between 12 and 16 grams a day). It worked much faster than glucosamine (which I took for 2 months and noticed NOTHING, whereas with MSM it took less than 2 weeks to notice some major improvements.
 
it could be a couple things, partially from extra mass and strength gained and possibly the ana as well. Avoid anti-inflamatories and ease up on the weights a bit and see if it improves. Use heat to promote blood flow it will encourage healing and avoid ice.

All it is is organic sulfur. Its quite abundant in the body but when you take large doses it has a tendency to flush out toxins and "lube" up joints, much like deca imo. I believe it may work by increasing synovial fluid in the joint (but this is pure speculation). All I know is that I tore my labrum years ago and could not move my arm for nearly 6 months. After taking it for only two weeks I had regained ~85% range of motion and strength came back rapidly after that. It's technical name is methylsulfonylmethane. Go to google and do a search on it.
 
always happens to me at end of heavy cycle heavy lifting takes its toll. Take a break anti-inflam, glucosomine, even tried Sam-e.
Maybe deca could help a bit, it didn't help me though.

you can get it at any health/vitamin store, but much cheaper online. I used to get mine on ebay alot, but I got lazy and just buy it at my local vitamin shop now (and pay twice as much :rolleyes: )
