Fluctuated Training?

Tell me if this makes sense or if it doesn't

I am changing up my workout to do

Mon - Chest, Shoulders (Triceps either on this day or back bi day)
Tues - Back, Biceps
Wed - Legs
Thur - Chest, Shoulders (Triceps either on this day or back bi day)
Fri - Back, Biceps

Ok -- since I am eating most things 2x a week -- does it make sense for me to go heavy and low reps on one of the days and then when I hit it again to go lighter with more reps? or am I in a way contradicting myself? Should I just stick to one way? either go heavy with low reps or go lighter with more reps and stick with it?

PS: Cardio and abs are done in the mornings...
