...Today I did some pot arrangements big pots...sounds dumb...garden .....good workout...now sleepy...tried pilgrims pride marinated chicken breast today...super soft...a bit too tasty for me but good!How are you?
The summit had it's day off today....

Oh this Flor and her hormone rage...LOL...
Strangely I thought sex drive would be lower due to the anti estrgens...

For those who have followed my SP...and know I lost it for a couple of months...
I have retaken my vows and began SP again last week...I am posting a pic of what skinny fat is to me...dimples and way less muscle.
I hope to regain with hard work and dedication...diet is key...

back at you!!!I had a great chest,shoulder, bicep, workout last night...I am tired today...real tired.
Had beef for dinner, grilled arrachera...yum yum...bloated today because of sun..I did get sun burned...even if I am mexican...LOL...
