Guess waht I did 8 chin ups yesterday...I posted that already...
And after my cardio I did 2 unassisted dips!
Too many people around me, and of course I did not want them to know it was my first try...so I cooly...just walked away...

1/2 C raw oats w/ water and sweet and low.
Coffee of course...Hey Jens...On your team!

Thanks...I've been reading pretty much everything you girls are doing...I ma dying with jealousy! LOL...You guys are going to have a blast! I wish I would be able to go, but as I said before I am going to BF Ironman in Lake Placid on the 19th...stop over in Dallas...and then JFK...hope you girls have a great time...

I have to say you look really good in that avatar...I was a fool when I first signed in to EF...I posted my face, my name almost my home address...Foolish..
So...let me share meals with you...
Meal 4
1/2 met rx bar
cristal light...
Meal 5
4 oz. grilled chicken
1.5 C mixed veggies
2 oz grilled panela...(fresh cheese similar to low fat fresh mozzarela).
I just made cookie dough for daughter...Toll House cookies...Damn I am proud to say I just walked away...and put dough in fridge...
Yahooooooooooooooooo...and it's not the browser...!
I'm a tougher than pretty...and I'm not at all ugly....

Morning everyone,
I am waiting for YES to sink in before I get dressed...took my T.Rex with coffee...Doing HITT on spinning class, and back workout...
I did not post last nights meal..I was tired and sluggish. Had 4 egg whites and 2 mozzarela.
Totals for yesterday 1280, 40/30/30...
I am hungry now, but sleep will conquer the hunger.
I think I will take a nap and then hit the gym...
