Hello Everyone!
I originally posted on May 18th, and have learned so much!
I was guided by Bunny, Sassy, Ulter, Shadow...I have come to the forum looking for a better way fo life, and of course a better physique.
I have always been active and into sports, may have not been the best of Sports Billy, but always on the go.
Started lifting 8 years ago and have tried to eat clean most fo the time.
I spent alot of time in the gym, trying to hit all muscle groups thinking more was better, and it seems I may have been over doing it.
I was tired and yes, not eating the right amounts of protein, carbs and fat.
I admit and declare myself a CARB & FAT paranoic.
I was doing so much trying to get rid of the excess fat, and doing it the wrong way.
Main problems hips and thighs, Estrogen areas it seems.
Well now things have changed...
I have made the comitment of training by Shadows program.
I am 39 years old.
I weigh 116.6 lbs
I am 5´5.
I do not have a BF index yet, sorry...
I am eating 1300 calories 40/30/30 (thanks Shadow) opposed to the 1132 calories 60/22/18, I was consuming before I wrote Shadow.
Since June 1 to June 6 I have lost 3.5 lbs. which I assume were fat.
I started Shadows program today and feel good about it.
Meal 1
4 egg whites
1/2 cup 3 minute oats raw w/sweet and low and water.
1 large cup coffee.
Meal 2
4 egg whites
1.5 oz 3 minute oats raw w/sweet and low and water.
10 almonds
Meal 3
8 oz. grilled chicken breast
1.5 c vegetable mix
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil.
Sugar Free Jello
Meal 4
1 medium apple
1 tbsp peanut butter (JIF reduced fat)
Meal 5
Zone Perfect bar
Meal 6
2 egg whites
2 oz. low queso fresco
1/2 c sliced mushrooms.
Todays Macros are 1298 calories
41/29/29.
Fitday is pretty slow now, so I will post calories for meals later.
Fitday is my official calorie counter.
I have ordered from Anafit, Thermorexin (?) and Yohimburn.
I will star using them in late June, they are in Texas I am In Mexico.
Must go pick them up...
In the meantime Diet is key and workouts the steel that will keep me up!
