Well the best thing is a thermophore because it's moist heat. BUT the heated neck wraps you can throw in the microwave are just fine. Some have lavendar in them as well to help calm you even more.florencia said:Yes, all my stress is held in shoulders...

Today jogged 8kph...for 40 minutes and then I had a wonderful near dead experience...LOL
